The KPI summary of Overall Gloss Measurement is a trend of the average gloss measurement of the whole site throughout the last six periods.
The Top Item Opportunities report lists the five items with the lowest gloss measurements from the current period.
The Gloss Measurement Item Trend shows the average gloss measurements of each item over the last six periods.
The Building Group Trend shows the average gloss measurements of each building group over the last six periods.
The Gloss Measurement Performance Range report shows the five best performing buildings and the five worst performing buildings by average gloss measurement for the current period.
The “Building Trend by Building Group” section shows the average gloss measurements of each building over the last six periods, with the individual buildings organized by building group.
The Gloss Measurement by Room Type Trend report lists the results of the gloss measurements of the last six periods by room type. (This is also available in the “Room Type Trend by Building Group” format.)
The Individual Detail by Building report contains a list of items with gloss measurements for the current period; the items are grouped by location.
