Cleanliness and Maintenance Conditions

There are two categories of conditions: Cleanliness and Maintenace conditions. The difference between them is that Maintenance Conditions do not count against the quality score. In other words, a condition should be designated as a “Cleaning” condition for it to count it as a cleanliness defect. Below is the default list of conditions:

The list of conditions available during the inspection process can be managed at the account level via the web admin panel. You can add any condition you wish to track in either category.
