Default Maintenance Conditions

Below is the list of default non-routine / maintenance conditions and a brief explanation of the issues represented by each of them..

• Damaged – Visibly noticeable impairment of its use or normal function
  
  
• Leaking – Visibly noticeable impairment of its use or normal function
  
  
• Light out – The installed lamp is not functioning normally
  
  
• Non-Working – Not visibly damaged or leaking, but still non-functional per the manufacturer’s specification
  
  
• Paint – Area scuffed, damaged, or otherwise no longer like-new in appearance
  
  
• Rust – Presence of surface rust on metals such as stainless steel
  
  
• Torn – Fabric in need of repair
  
  
• Waived – An item with a defect that is considered “excusable” given the specific circumstances (for example, a dirty object in a room that is under construction)
