Quality Settings

When performing an inspection, you are identifying the conditions and reporting those conditions as a quality percentage. For example, if you have 10 items in a room, and you find defects or cleanliness conditions on 2 of those items, the Quality for that room would be 8/10 = 80%.

This quality score is measured against the expectation of the customer regarding the quality level they want a particular room to be cleaned to. The Performance Reports generated by the PDM application use these settings to determine if the cleaning program is performing according to expectations.

Quality settings for your cleaning program can be set by Site, Building, and Room Type, as depicted below:
