The PDM app focuses on management, and management is done through reports; the reporting system is flexible and comprehensive.
That being said, we realize that some stakeholders will not want a lot of detail, while others can’t get enough detail. This report section will allow you to customize the list of sections included in each type of report. For example, the report intended for top-level executives can be limited to only summary-level information, while the report intended for the facility manager can include the detailed elements needed to manage the program for further improvement.
By default, PDM has already anticipated this segregation of reports for you. However, if you have a senior manager who just has to have a detailed report on a specific aspect, you can give them access to that data and add it to their report here.
